Your Best Solution to Restoring your Deck

Madrid Deck Care is the best choice when trying to remodel and get the best out of your: deck, swing-set, fence and out-door wood furniture.

UV-Rays, rain, snow, pollution, can all be hard on your deck leaving it with: cracks, splinters, mildew and grey or green discoloration.

Give your deck a treat with one of the kind cleaning and staining, leaving it clean and beautiful for those special occasions.

We give you a free stimate at your own time for your convenience.

This is how it works:

On the first day we power wash your deck with our GX 200 Honda 6.5 2800 PSI max 3.0 GPM max pressure washer and powerful cleaning products that remove any impurities such as: mold, fungus, mildew, algae, and dirt (known to cause a green, grey discoloration in your deck) then we use a wood brightener neutralizer to prepare the surface for staining and then we let it dry.

____Before ___________ After____

On the second day, we begin staining the wood. We have a range of color from which you can chose and also, a mix of colors can be done to get the perfect stain on your deck. We use TWP Oil-base Stains and we are also flexible in using another brand of stain that you might prefer. We then let it dry.
It is important that no stepping on the floor be done until it is completely dry, no pets should be released on deck for about 24 hours.

Here are some before and after pictures of decks we've restored:

So come on, give us a call, we run the lowest prices you can find in town!! Don't let another day go by, you'll be glad you made a investment on your deck!

You guys did my deck last year and it needs to be redone already due to pealing and flaking. I hired a new company and they are telling me that it was over applied and now needs stripping or sanding for it not to look blotchy. Buyer beware!!!!

First of all the product that I personally use and recommend does not peel or flake off, it simply fades away with time, the client chose a different brand of stain than the one I guarantee knowing that problems like this would occur. If this had happened with a product I recommended I would've fixed it as soon as the problem appeared, the client never complained or gave me a call to come and take care of this situation.
The new company does not know what they're talking about being over applied, this type of stain flakes with time whether or not it's over applied or not.
I could erase this comment but I want to leave it, to show other clients that things like this can and do happen when a low quality stain is used on their decks. And again if problems do arise the client needs to contact me personally before posting a bad comment.
I have been in the business for 8 years and this is the only bad comment I've had since then, which shows you, I do a really good job.

Fred and his crew just completed our whole deck clean/restain. We have 3 decks (upper deck, stairs to a lower deck, and a side deck). He was prompt, responsive to both phone calls and text messages, and got the job done when he said. He kept in touch to make sure we were always aware of the timeframe to complete both phases of the work. Our upper deck gets a ton of use and traffic and hadn't been stained in awhile, so after his first pass, I asked if he could touch up the upper floor as it had soaked in so much stain, that I felt it needed a little more to make it through the years ahead. He was very ameniable to touch up work and finished the touch up promptly and very graciously. I ultimately am VERY pleased with his work. He matched our old color perfectly (our rails still had a lot of color left on them, so without a VERY costly chemical removal job, which we didn't want to have done, we were anxious to find someone who could match to that older color...Fred matched the older stain perfectly.) Thanks very much Fred for your great work and responsiveness. Jennifer & Brent.
